This policy applies to agency services purchased from Hubnotch Solutions, operated by Izaan Tariq Khan / Sheikh Muhammad Usama Iqbal, at SB-46 Sector X Gulshan-e-Maymar, Karachi, Pakistan. It should be read with your accepted proposal and our Terms & Conditions. Specific written terms agreed before purchase take priority over conflicting general provisions, subject to mandatory law.
If you cancel before work begins, we refund the amount paid, less only third-party costs that you authorised and that have already been irreversibly incurred. We will explain and document any deduction. No deduction is made for work not performed or expenses not incurred.
If you cancel after work begins, we assess the work actually completed against the agreed scope and pricing, together with authorised, non-recoverable third-party costs. Where milestone prices exist, they guide that assessment; incomplete milestones are assessed proportionately. We will provide an itemised reconciliation and refund the unused balance.
An advance payment is not automatically forfeited simply because it is described as a deposit. Deductions must relate to valid agreed charges, completed work or authorised costs and remain subject to applicable law.
If we cancel a service or cannot deliver an agreed part, we refund the amount attributable to the undelivered work, accounting fairly for usable work already supplied and any applicable legal remedies.
If a deliverable materially fails to meet the agreed specification, contact us with details. We will investigate and offer an appropriate correction, re-performance, price reduction or refund according to the circumstances and applicable law. A change in preference alone does not make correctly delivered work refundable, but it does not prevent a valid claim about defective or misdescribed services.
Domains, hosting, licences, advertising spend, paid assets, official filing fees and other external charges may be non-recoverable once committed, but only to the extent disclosed, authorised and actually non-recoverable. If we recover such a charge, we pass the recovered amount back to you as appropriate. We do not treat an entire project fee as non-refundable merely because it includes an external expense.
Cancellation of maintenance, marketing or other recurring agency services takes effect under the notice period agreed before purchase. Where no notice period was agreed, we stop future billing after receiving cancellation, subject to work or external commitments you already authorised. Prepaid unused amounts are reconciled fairly against delivered work and authorised costs.
Any software subscription, including Business Hub, requires its own disclosed cancellation and refund rules before purchase. This policy does not create an automatic renewal arrangement.
Government or filing-agent charges already committed may be non-recoverable as explained before submission. Our unearned service fees are considered separately; rejection by an authority does not automatically determine the refund of all fees.
Property booking amounts, token money, deposits and commissions are governed by the separately accepted transaction agreement and applicable law. Obtain those terms before making a property-related payment. This agency policy does not authorise forfeiture of property funds.
Email hubnotchsolutions@gmail.com with the subject “Refund Request — [invoice/project reference]”. Include your name, invoice number, payment date, reason for the request and relevant evidence. Do not email full card details or passwords.
We aim to acknowledge and review requests within 5 business days. If more information or time is needed, we will explain why and provide an update. Approved refunds are initiated within 10 business days after approval, normally to the original payment method. Bank or processor settlement may take additional time. If another method is necessary, it will be agreed with the payer and subject to reasonable verification.
Duplicate or mistaken payments will be investigated and any verified excess returned. We do not impose an additional refund administration fee. Any lawful, agreed and unavoidable external deduction will be explained before processing.
Nothing in this policy removes mandatory consumer rights, applicable distance-selling cancellation rights, or the right to dispute an unauthorised payment through a payment provider. Any legally required consent to start services during a statutory cancellation period must be obtained separately; these terms alone do not waive that right.
Contact us promptly about concerns so we can investigate. No internal request deadline in this policy limits a statutory claim period.
