1 Scope and agreement

These terms apply to https://hubnotchsolutions.com and agency services provided by Hubnotch Solutions, operated by Izaan Tariq Khan / Sheikh Muhammad Usama Iqbal, at SB-46 Sector X Gulshan-e-Maymar, Karachi, Pakistan.

Orders become binding when both parties accept a written proposal, statement of work or service agreement, including by an authorised electronic acceptance. That document defines the deliverables, fees, milestones and any special conditions. Mandatory law takes priority; a specifically agreed written service term takes priority over a conflicting general term here. The Refund Policy forms part of our service terms. Our Privacy Policy explains personal-information handling.

2 Services and scope

Services may include websites, eCommerce, custom software, mobile applications, UI/UX, AI and automation, marketing, maintenance and business-registration support, as specified in your agreement.

Only agreed deliverables are included. New features, integrations, extra revisions, content creation, hosting or ongoing support require agreement if not included initially. Scope changes may affect price and schedule and must be approved before chargeable work begins. Website examples and estimated timelines are illustrative unless expressly included as commitments.

3 Client responsibilities and project timing

You must provide accurate instructions, lawful content, necessary access, timely feedback and an authorised decision-maker. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed for materials and personal data you supply.

Timelines depend on agreed scope, approvals, content and third-party availability. If a dependency causes delay, we will communicate its impact and agree a revised schedule where needed. Delays or inactivity do not automatically make unfinished work accepted or extinguish your refund rights.

4 Fees and payments

The accepted quotation or invoice states the currency, fees, taxes where applicable, payment schedule and due dates. Third-party expenses must be disclosed or authorised before commitment. We do not apply an automatic late fee unless separately agreed and lawful.

If payment is overdue, we may suspend affected work after written notice and a reasonable opportunity to resolve it. Suspension does not remove either party’s existing rights or obligations. Cancellation and refunds are addressed in our Refund Policy.

5 Review revisions and support

You may review deliverables against the agreed specification and report material defects or omissions. Included revision rounds, review periods, launch arrangements and support periods are those stated in your service agreement. Extra preferences or features outside the scope may be quoted separately.

We will address verified failures to meet the agreed specification within a reasonable period. These terms do not replace any mandatory statutory remedies.

6 Intellectual property

You retain ownership of materials you provide. On full payment of the relevant agreed fees, ownership of bespoke final deliverables created specifically for you transfers to you to the extent stated in the project agreement. We retain pre-existing tools, reusable components, know-how and materials not specifically assigned. You receive the rights reasonably needed to use any retained components incorporated in the paid final deliverable, subject to disclosed third-party licences.

Fonts, stock assets, plugins, themes, open-source software and external platforms remain subject to their respective licences. Source code, editable design files and account handover should be expressly identified in your scope. We will obtain your permission before displaying confidential or unpublished project work in a portfolio.

7 Third parties AI and outcomes

External platforms control their own availability, pricing, policies and approval processes. We remain responsible for our agreed work but cannot promise third-party approvals, uninterrupted external services or outcomes outside our reasonable control.

SEO, advertising, AI and business-support services do not guarantee rankings, revenue, leads, investment returns, bank accounts, visas or company-registration approval. AI-assisted outputs require appropriate human review, particularly before legal, financial or other consequential use.

8 Confidentiality and acceptable use

Each party must protect the other’s confidential information, use it only for the engagement and disclose it only to authorised persons who need it or where required by law. Public information, independently developed information and information lawfully obtained elsewhere are excluded.

You must not use the website or our services for unlawful activity, fraud, infringement, malware, unauthorised access or interference with other users. We may restrict access proportionately to address credible misuse, subject to applicable law and contractual obligations.

9 Business registration property and software products

Company-formation assistance is administrative support unless professional advice is expressly contracted through a suitably qualified adviser. Filing and official decisions remain subject to the relevant authority.

Property listings and introductions are subject to verification, availability, ownership/title checks and separate written transaction terms. Website information alone is not a property sale contract. Deposits and commissions must be governed by the relevant transaction agreement.

Business Hub and other software products may have separate product terms, privacy notices and subscription rules presented before signup or purchase. These general agency terms do not establish product pricing or billing commitments.

10 Termination liability and events outside control

Either party may end an engagement in accordance with its written agreement. For a material breach, the other party should normally receive written notice and a reasonable opportunity to remedy it, unless immediate action is legally justified. On termination, completed work, authorised costs, paid deliverables and any unused funds will be reconciled under the Refund Policy and applicable law.

To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential losses. Any agreed liability cap must be stated in the project agreement. Nothing excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any obligation that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

A party affected by events outside its reasonable control must notify the other and take reasonable steps to reduce disruption. Prolonged disruption should lead to an agreed revised plan or termination with a fair reconciliation of fees.

11 Law disputes and updates

Subject to mandatory laws and jurisdiction rights, these terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, with disputes heard by competent courts in Karachi. Please first contact us so we can attempt a practical resolution; doing so is not a condition that prevents a lawful claim or urgent relief.

Changes apply prospectively. Existing accepted projects remain governed by their agreed terms unless both parties agree otherwise. An unenforceable provision does not invalidate the remainder where it can lawfully continue.
